Our prices
Prices are per apartment with standard occupancy per day. All prices in EURO excl. local tax and excl. final cleaning (€ 60,00 to 80,00). Baby travel cot on request for infants from 0-2 years free of charge. Non-smoking apartments. A surcharge will be charged for short stays.

Payment
In case of fixed reservation we ask for a deposit. We kindly ask you to transfer the deposit to us within three working days so that we can confirm your reservation. You will receive the required bank details from us. The balance can be transferred to our account 14 days before arrival or paid in cash on arrival. We do not accept credit cards.
Arrival and departure
Check-in from 4.00 pm, check-out until 9.30 am
In case of late arrival or early departure, we charge 100% of the apartment price from / to the agreed date.
Cancellation
Cancellation sounds unpleasant and it is, for you as well as for us. In the event of cancellation, depending on the time of cancellation, either all or only part of the costs will be charged (see terms and conditions and hotel contract conditions).
